A full breakdown of costs and a treatment plan will be provided at your consultation or dental health check. Payment is required for treatment that has been provided on that day. For treatment that takes two visits, such as crowns, we ask for 50% at each appointment. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, cheques and cash. To enable you to start treatment straight away we also offer interest free and longer term low interest finance plans* on treatment over £650 and our own affordable DENTAL PLANS where for 56p per day you can enjoy private dental care.
A charge may be made if 48 hours’ notice is not given for cancellations. Bad debts will incur a 15% administration charge after one month from the due date. Please click here for our late cancellation and missed appointment policy.

All of our veneers, porcelain bonded crowns and bridgework are guaranteed for a period of one year. Our Emax and Zirconia crowns are guaranteed for three years, providing the conditions as set out below are met. Otherwise this work is guaranteed for one year. Fillings, excluding temporary fillings, are guaranteed for one year again subject to the following conditions:
- You attend a minimum of one dental health assessment and hygiene appointment every six months, after the treatment has been completed.
- You follow any maintenance programme that has been recommended.
- The restorations have not been damaged by trauma, bone disease, gum disease, dental decay or by any additional dental treatment not carried out by the original dentist.
- If there is an outstanding balance on the clients account, the work is not guaranteed until full payment is made.
